Improve Posture With A Memory Foam Mattress

If tyou feel your body slouching when you are looking at your computer or laptop then you should think about taking steps to improve your posture. There are several options for the office and home like chair supports and memory foam mattresses. Here are a few suggestions:

Investing in a good chair - this needs to support your back and you should sit into the chair and not at the end of the seat or in the middle. Consider an extra back support or pillow that will fall off when you move your back and will be more of a prominent incident to improve your posture.

Avoid sitting crosslegged - We all do this and even with the best intentions we naturally end up swinging legs from time to time and ending up sitting cross legged or even crossing ankles.

Set calendar reminders to check your posture from hour to hour if need be - or at least a postit note on your screen to remind you to sit correctly. Eventually it will become second nature but while you are getting into it use the reminders.

At home it might prove more difficult as we tend to relax more at home and this is when posture is challenged. The use of back supports on chairs are good, trying sitting at the table to eat dinners.

Why not end the day with one last attempt to improve posture and make sure your mattress doesn't sag and your pillows are as comfortable and support your neck and spine. If your mattress is old and you have tried flipping it over think about investing in a new memory foam mattress.
